My photo for this week’s photo challenge comes from an earlier post of mine, Winter arrives in Central Park. I was so excited that it was snowing, I shot straight out to Central Park to see it in all its winter glory. Sadly, it only lasted for the weekend and we haven’t had even a suggestion of snow since. Here’s a photo of two geese sharing a moment. I love the contrast between the stark white ice and their rich dark plumage. x
Beautiful photo!
Thanks Leya. Wish we’d had more snowy days this year, it always makes everything look so much more beautiful. x
brill picture, love the take on theme…;)
Thanks cobbies69, nice to see you found my second blog 🙂

Thanks Amar
Cool (appropriate adjective…) You’ve got the great contrasts with colors and texture – and that shimmering ice/reflection. Nice
Thanks phil, they looked so funny trying to keep themselves from slipping on the ice, but I managed to capture a few moments when they found some kind of equilibrium.
great capture! love it!
